Segenhoe Group

The Segenhoe Group is a business consisting of thoroughbred breeding and racing. Segenhoe Stud is a specialised broodmare farm which was purpose built in 1998, on virgin horse land. The stud enjoys 5kms of frontage to the Hunter River, ample irrigation and a wide range of natural and improved pastures. Centred amongst Australia’s major premium studs such as Arrowfield, Darley and Vinery, it enables access to key stallions and best supporting services for the industry.

Sydney Cricket Ground Trust (SCGT)

The SCGT hosts the Cricket Art Prize and underwrites the opening event as well as the installation and hanging of the exhibition, and production of a limited edition, high quality calendar showcasing a selection of 12 paintings chosen from the exhibiting finalists.

Inside Cricket Magazine provides full page advertising in all 6 issues of the publication and this advertising is provided ’gratis’ or ‘in-kind’.

Beneficiaries

The Cricket Art Prize exhibitions and tours raise awareness for the McGrath Foundation and the Ponting Foundation and those charities receive contributions generated via entry fees, any sale of paintings and merchandising before operational costs.
